Altaïr

A former quarry worked in the 1970s-80s, then used to store materials: a degraded ~2 ha site in Burgundy, requalified into a 0.99 MWc ground-mounted PV plant.

The project was sold ready-to-build: cleared planning consent, signed grid connection agreement, winner of a CRE tender. The sale covered all project rights and the land in freehold.

Solmeria intermediated the sale to an independent power producer in three weeks, from publication to signing. The price was paid upfront in two tranches, the second subject to soil studies not yet carried out, to protect the project’s economics against CAPEX.
