And the conventional route has a flaw: the portfolio. A portfolio usually contains two strong projects and many weaker ones, your gems are devalued by the bundle, and the whole thing is illiquid. Intermediate stages, single projects, secondary geographies: those are exactly the files the marketplace knows how to sell. Project by project, each to the buyer for whom it holds the most value, the one with a neighbouring development, an available grid connection nearby, or a local footprint to complete.
Solmeria handles distribution, introduction and follow-up. We are only compensated if the transaction completes.

Each project is presented through an anonymised teaser, prepared by Solmeria: country and region (never the exact location), capacity and technology, stage, land and grid status, target COD. Neither you nor the project are identifiable. The interested buyer comes forward through the platform; you see who requests access, and nothing happens without your approval, the data room only opens once the NDA you sign with the counterparty you have chosen is in place.
You remain the owner of the process.
You choose the counterparties, you lead the negotiation, you sign. Solmeria presents, guides, and steps in to support when a point needs unblocking, through advice or by mobilising a trusted third party. And if a file calls for sustained support (negotiation on your behalf, structuring, due diligence coordination), it is scoped and priced in advance, never imposed.
