Antarès

A former motocross and autocross track in northern France: a degraded ~8.6 ha plot, long dedicated to motorsport. Its degraded status makes it a preferred site for solar, with no competition with farming.

Requalified into an ~6 MWc PV plant, the land was secured by a lease promise. The sale was intermediated by Solmeria at early stage.

The deal is simple: a single, full payment made at the transfer of the lease promise, with no additional milestone.
