A former limestone quarry, worked for decades, in southwest France: a degraded ~0.8 ha fenced plot. On its own, the site is too small to interest a developer.
The strength of the deal: pooling it with a neighbouring project to reach a relevant size and a coherent grid connection. A bundling logic the marketplace makes possible. The land is secured by a lease promise.
Solmeria intermediated the sale, with an amount paid as soon as the site was selected, then milestones through to the cleared permits.
