Véga

A former golf course of about 18 hectares in southern France, out of use, finding a new purpose. Rather than mobilising farmland, the project reuses already-artificialised ground: a textbook case for a 17 MWc agrivoltaic project.

The land was secured upstream by a lease promise signed with the owner. The promise was then sold to a developer who takes the project forward to permitting and construction.

The transaction is structured with an upfront fee at transfer, then milestones tied to progress: cleared building permit, then the long-term lease signature.
